 Whitten Civil Engineering, Inc. was established in Texarkana, Texas, in February of 2000 to provide quality, professional civil engineering services to both public and private sector clients. The goal of the company is to provide the client with responsive and professional service to meet their development needs. As principal, Jeff Whitten, P.E., is personally involved with all phases of the projects to facilitate success of the project and client satisfaction.
Whitten Civil Engineering, Inc. has the capability and experience to provide civil engineering and design services on a wide variety of projects. Projects for clients have included preliminary feasibility studies, master planning for raw land development, single-family subdivisions, multi-family subdivisions, site planning for commercial and retail developments, streets and public utilities.
