Whitten Civil Engineering, Inc. has a broad background in the layout and design of paving and drainage improvements including proposed streets, storm drainage systems, water distribution systems and sanitary sewer collection systems. In addition, we have experience in the evaluation and assessment of sanitary sewer collection systems with particular experience in the determination of infiltration and inflow and the rehabilitation or replacement of defects identified. To supplement the experience mentioned above, Whitten Civil Engineering, Inc. will be utilizing the surveying services of Wallace Dean Roy or Eugene Plunk and, if needed, the services of Craig Lindholm of Lindholm Management, Inc. for grant writing needs.
